If you live in Barking & Dagenham, Newham or Tower Hamlets and are 19-25 years old, UpRising is an opportunity for you!

UpRising is a free of charge part-time leadership programme that runs over the course of a year. There are 60 free places available for young people from Barking & Dagenham, Newham or Tower Hamlets.
